Heidi’s Foster Kids Revisited

There has been issues in the past concerning Heidi’s alleged foster kids. This is from her coming clean after The Morning Show aired:

Q: Why the drama, denial and hiding?

A: For the past 10 years it was to avoid an invasion of my own privacy. However, for the past 3 years it was to protect the identity of my foster children. California foster regulations prohibit foster parents from making statements that would identify children as “foster”, even by association. Identifying myself which could lead to my home address or identifying me in public could identify them.

Let’s go back to some of the days gone by in the saga. According to this post from Kimkins Dangers dated Aug 27:

We have verified now that Kimmer aka Heidi Diaz is NOT a C.A.S.A in Riverside County, CA.

We spoke with the directors of BOTH Riverside County CASA outlets and neither of them have a Heidi Diaz registered with them. Barbara at the Riverside Satellite Office was WELL AWARE of the Heidi / Kimmer issues, having already received several phone calls about her and verified that Heidi WAS at one point, years ago, a CASA, but has not been for quite some time.

Just for the sake of clarification, here is Kimmer’s bio from the KK website - as of today, 08/27/2007

“Kimmer lost an amazing 198 pounds in 11 months and shared her simple secret with thousands of overweight people in various internet forums for over 5 years. In March 2006 Kimkins.com was born to facilitate spreading the word that there’s a faster way to lose weight than with traditional diets. Kimmer personally answers weight loss questions from members in the “Kimkins Cafe” forum. She earned a graduate degree in Public Administration and serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused children.“

Here are some excerpts from those posts:

Riverside Co. children’s services, this is a quote from her when she returned my call “Your worries of abuse of funds are unfounded as there is no record of funds paid to Ms. [edit] Diaz over the past 7 years.”

“Well, well , well……….
Another little tidbit…….NO foster children…… at least dating back to 2000.
Don’t know if there were any before 2000 but definitely no foster children since 2000.

Either - Heidi had foster children through some agency that is not registered with the private foster agencies OR the State of California (which is rather unlikely, don’t you think?) and accepted funds on their behalf, which is ILLEGAL.

Or

Heidi never had any foster children and accepted funds on behalf of the figments of her imagination.

No matter which is true, Heidi is in trouble. If she had foster children, she broke the law by accepting money on their behalf. If she did not have foster children, she accepted money for a fraudulent fundraiser.

Let’s not forget that Jeannie Baitinger, aka TippyToes, the new Kimkins Director of Public Relations, was the member that spearheaded the fraudulent fundraiser, and is now further implicated in the deception.

So Heidi is still perpetrating the lie about having foster kids. Yet as seen in these quotes she has not had foster kids for at least seven years. Remember this from the quote on her come clean page: “However, for the past 3 years it was to protect the identity of my foster children”.

So Heidi has lied, yet again. So what else is new. Remember she is best known as a:

“LYING, LIAR, WHO LIES”

Let’s not forget the whole Foster Children Fundraiser initiated by Tippy Toes:

For those who don’t know this: 100% of Kimmers proceeds are going to help foster kids who turn 18 to get set up with housing, utilities, etc…

So here is my challenge:

Starting July 1st until August 1
Pick any of Kimmers plans you want or whatever works best for you.

Let’s post our start weight. For each pound we lose, plan to donate one dollar for Kimmer’s kids. (Example: If you lost 14 lbs, you owe $14.00.) I’ll get help from the webmaster to set us up with a paypal account at the end.

It’s for a good cause and getting us thinner doing it is almost as good too!

So…who’s in?

The most important thing here, did Kimmer have foster kids in her care?

It’s been reported that Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) has made statements online to the effect that she was no longer a foster parent when she created a profile at a dating site, which was reported by Slamboard. Based on the information posted at the dating site, the profile was created in 2005 or at the latest, early 2006 (her son’s age was listed as 16, he just recently turned 18).

So, the question begs, did Kimmer knowingly allow collection of funds and then accept them? Based on her response in that thread, it appears she willing accepted that money was going to be collected for ‘her kids’ who may indeed have been phantoms of her imagination!
