I just found the old article (from woman’s world) and was thinking about signing up. Glad I decided to do more research rather than just the excerpts ( which were all positive-that’s why I looked ) from her website!!
While the Internet has an almost infinite source of information on it, a lot of it good, this is a classic case of the other side, a darker and definitely more dangerous side. Just like in our society, there are good people and bad people. And good diets and bad diets.
THIS is a HORRENDOUS and dangerous “diet” if you could even call it that!.
One thing you should never fool around with is your HEALTH! If you want to successfully lose weight, get a full physical from an M.D., discuss the many, many, healthy and safe choices there are out there for losing weight and then follow that!
But to randomly follow a diet off of the internet , especially one with as many red flags as this one had, is just asking for trouble. People, EDUCATE yourselves! Make good choices and use your noggin!
