    I actually have a very full and rewarding life. I spent the better part of today volunteering in a domestic violence safe house. Later on tonight I will be crocheting more scarfs and caps for the local homeless shelter. Being a consumer activist is part of my life also.

    What have you done with your day? I mean besides showing your ignorance about health and nutrition. Plus supporting a convicted felon and scam artist.

    Apparently all that protein you are eating with minimal fat has your brain in a fog. Try doing your research on proper nutrition and stop supporting a scam artist and her made up diet she can’t even follow.

    Now go away. I have too much work to do to argue with you.
