Heidi’s Trying to Hold On to the Money!

Leave it to Heidi to try and find a way around the legal system. Her latest effort…..try and get you to send her a personal check. Yeah right….like I’m gonna turn over my bank account number to a known fraud and scam artist.

I’ve learned enough over these past weeks on the consumer activist sites to never fall for that….

It looks like everyone’s favorite discredited diet guru, at least temporarily deprived of her ill-gotten gains, has come up with a new way to supplement her income. This scam-in-the-making involves kimkins.com new “flexible payment plan” in which you send this admitted liar and fraud two personal checks, one live and one postdated by three weeks.

I am begging anyone who is considering this to think twice. Please, please, PLEASE. Don’t be that stupid.

I Am Not Ready To Make Nice with Kimkins: Heidi’s Trying to Hold On to the Money!

Heidi Diaz is holding on to her money for dear life! The court documents on file states:

Cottle has said that Heidi needs to have her assets unfrozen in order to take care of her business, Kimkins.com
Heidi Diaz, the Kimmer, has also claimed personal financial hardship, now that she doesn’t have access to the profits she made from scamming thousands.

Well, it appears that Heidi may also have a plan B if Cottle is not able to get her access to the funds tomorrow. A “flexible” payment plan as was described here from the kimkins blogspot.
