Congratulations and big thanks go out to all those who participated in our contest. I was completely floored by the response. I wish we had the prizes to give each and everyone of you. Sadly, that will not be the case as we only had a limited number of prizes.
At the request of those participating in the contest, winners names will not be announced here. This ensures their anonymity to keep on with the crusade in bringing down Kimkins and all those involved. The winners will be receiving confirmation emails later today.
Everyone who participated in this contest, whether it be by completing only one challenge or completing them all is actually a winner, because you all have helped to get us that much closer to our goal of Taking Kimkins Down!
One example of the power of the consumer advocate is the response across the web relating to the ConsumerAffairs article. Had it not been for this contest, ConsumerAffairs would never have heard of the Kimkins scam. Nor would the article been picked up by MSN.

Thank you for entering our contest and for all your hard work!

The contest is over, but our battle is not. Thank you for the nicely documented list of places to complain to about Kimkins
! It’s still not too late, and I know I could not keep up with the pace of the contest, but will still be complaining. Today is “Leap Day” and a great day to complete some of the extra challenges that I didn’t keep up with.
Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Bama, you are truly the bomb! (that’s a good thing;)
And a GRAND prize sould go to you, BamaGal, for organizing and working so tirelessly on such a project — the organization was excellent, by the way, and I’m absolutely in awe of you as well as everyone who went the extra mile and beyond! I totally failed to keep up but slowly, bit by bit, intend to finish the list.
To see people working so hard for a good cause has been such a bright spot.
The contest is over, but weeds still need to be pulled, complaints made, and detective work continued. Congratulations everyone for getting involved and getting things done.
